triage on the freek site

If you’ve been following my blog movements or career at all, you will know I’ve been in something of a business lul.

not that my skills and talents have suffered - it’s just the back end.

to make a long story short - I’ve been slacking on this blog.

I have posts in here that make me just want to scrap the whole thing and start fresh. Which I will be doing soon.

In update in my business news: i’ve been loving a biznik event hosted by Lisa Bradley for the last few months. I swear to god that woman has kept me from sliding off the deep end and moving to timbucktoo after a series of long naps caused by extreme procrastination. hey, never said I was perfect.

at any rate, it’s been my networking group of choice for a while. It’s quite good, I get to push my brain in to thinking of solving other people’s delemas with their business. I often offer insight to others that suprises even me - especially considering my own habits.

perhaps it’s one of those things where you’re just good at coming up with solutions to other’s problems but you can’s solve your own. OR like the accountant that can’t do her own books.

I have a million and one ideas for others businesses ANd my own business.

I have been thinking alot about marketing and sales and how to prospect and all that so i have lots of ideas to spout. But practical application - now that’s the other end of it all, isn’t it? I tend to think rather broad so getting the little tallied out tasks to be clear to me has been challenging.

nope, this site of mine is biting my ass. it makes me unhappy and I want to change it so bad. I’m thinking we need to upgrade and change the messages in my blog and spruce up my online presence.

I don’t think this website needs a facelift. oh no. this website needs a new website.

One other change - I’m proposing a sliding scale for those who want to try my massage work before committing to a series of treatments or for those that need the work but are kinda on the broke side.

what can I say? every one needs massage. I need to pay the rent on my office to it’s a mutually good deal, I think. We all win in healing. I am grateful to help others with the gifts I’ve been given in the field of massage and healing.

life is good

Eric Koszyk From Eric Koszyk. Wow! What can I say? Sierra is a truly gifted person and therapist. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about massage. It helps that she is extremely intuitive and a very caring human being. Her space on Broadway is very warm, comforting and inviting.

As a fellow massage therapist, I highly recommend her, especially if you are looking for extensive deep tissue work which she is amazing at. You will leave her place wiser; her treatments will change your life.

Joe Shirley From Joe Shirley I still remember the first massage I got from Sierra over six months ago. My neck was chronically bugging me, and my carpal tunnel thing was acting up. She asked my permission to go for it. I said yes. It hurt. She told me to trust her, and I did. And both my neck and wrist felt great afterwards. She went right through that crap and out the other side. Amazing.

Matt HansonFrom Matt Hanson Sierra is fantastic! I felt she was really attentive to the needs I expressed about my upper-back and shoulders. I was really impressed that she could identify other problems spots quickly and how they positively affected those areas that were bothering me most. I have had several massages and she has the strength and understanding to do a incredible job.

Dennis DildayFrom Dennis Dilday I’ve had close to a hundred massages from more than a dozen different therapists and I can say Sierra’s are unique and wonderful. She relates and interacts with the layers of facia in a way others can’t. While determined to get a response from the tissues, Sierra is also tuned into her patient and keeps the experience pleasant and interesting. Clinically, she’s both confident and competent.
