Drink water
Cut down on sugar
Drink less coffee, alcohol, pop and juice
Eat veggies
East whole foods
Cut back on smoking
Sleep deeply for enough hours every day
Never stop exercising
Always stretch
Breathe deeply regularly
Eat less greasy, processed and chemical-filled foods.
Chop wood, carry water
Get a massage.
